A separate small room, which does not have a window, contains 1 bunk bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering a practical sleeping area particularly suited to younger guests. The bathroom features a bath and WC with a double hand-basin. The balcony faces both north and west, offering beautiful views of the lake, the mountains, and the surrounding countryside, and is furnished with balcony furniture for outdoor relaxation.

Air conditioning is available in the living and sleeping room, while heating is provided throughout the apartment. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
