50 km southeast of Kuopio, clear watered lake Hormajärvi 20 m (length approx. 4.3 km, width approx. 0.6 km), gently deepening, hard, sanded beach, jetty and own boat.
Log cottage 1989 rebuilt in 2015 using the latest building techniques and equipment.
On the ground floor living room, kitchen section, dining area, bedroom with double bed, electric sauna, shower room/utility room/toilet, terrace. The downstairs areas have under floor heating, mechanical ventilation and air source heat pump. TV downstairs and upstairs.

The villa's water supply comes from lake Hormajärvi through a filter. Water has been checked that it is suitable for drinking purposes.
In the yard there is a spacious grill hut.
There is a lakeside sauna wood-burning stove, shower, dressing room, living room with fireplace, refrigerator, wardrobe, spacious covered terrace.
Next to the sauna there is a woodshed and an outhouse.

Log cottage 1997, living room/ kitchen 2 extra beds, bedroom double bed, upstairs 5 extra beds, dressing room, washroom, sauna, open porch.
Sauna, shower room, toilet, hallway and kitchen furniture remodeled in 2019. In Downstairs living room Samsung 49 inch QLED TV and soundbar / subwoofer with audidigital sound.
Local fishing license included in cottage price (Putroniemi) but in addition the client has to purchase/pay the state's Fisheries management fee by him-/herself.

Description
90 km northeast of Kuopio, Lake Keyritty 100 m (width approx. 2 km, length approx. 16 km), hard, partly gently sloping sandy beach (on the boat side of the shore deepens quickly). Own boat, no life jackets. The beach is in shared use and is maintained by the municipality. The shoreline is approx. 100 m long.
Log chalet 2014, downstairs modern living room-kitchen, bedroom with bunk bed, shower room / utility room, modern sauna (electric stove), small terrace.
