The cottage was built in 2020 and is well suited for year-round use. The cottage has a large living room with an open kitchen. Three bedrooms, one with a double bed measuring 200 cm x 160 cm, the second bedroom with two separate beds (2 x 90 cm), the third with a sofa bed for 1-2, bed size 140 cm x 200 cm. In addition, the living room sofa can accommodate 1 person if necessary. The property is recommended for a maximum of 5 adults and a maximum of 2 children. Sauna and washroom, with a bathtub. Separate toilet/utility room.
The rental includes two adult and one children's bicycles and a SUP board. In the summer, there is a trampoline and a playful basketball court for children.

Clients must also remove empty bottles and cans from the property and return any moved furniture to their original place. Any food must be taken away or to the waste disposal point. There are certain designated places for cleaning the fish, and fishes must not be cleaned inside the cottages or on their terraces. If after your booking there needs to be cleaned more than is included in the price, then the owner is entitled to charge extra for cleaning.
