The villa requires a minimum stay of 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM, with porter service provided from 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM upon arrival. Check-out is scheduled from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, with porter service available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM upon departure. The villa can be reached either via a public elevator from street level or by climbing over 250 steps, and you should note that the elevator is not affiliated with the villa as schedules and any applicable fees are determined by the Municipality of Positano. A car is not necessary to stay at Villa Positano, but if you have a vehicle, you may park it in a public parking lot with valet service for an extra daily fee. Smoking is allowed only on the terrace. Pets are not allowed at the property. External catering is not permitted to ensure the villa's quality and service standards, as all food and beverage services must be exclusively managed by the in-house staff and approved suppliers of the property. All services and extras must be settled locally before departure unless otherwise agreed. A food allowance of 3000 euros is required to be paid in cash upon arrival, and a damage deposit of 10000 euros is required by credit card.
