The first-floor bedrooms open directly onto a very large panoramic terrace furnished with tables and chairs, perfectly positioned to enjoy the surrounding landscape, particularly at dusk with a glass of local wine in hand. The non-heated swimming pool is located on a lower terrace, reached by crossing approximately 15 metres of lawn and descending 8 steps in gravel and wood. Rectangular in shape with a travertine edge and PVC lining, it measures 5 x 10 metres with a constant depth of 1.40 metres, and is equipped with chlorine purification and a metal ladder for water access. The approximately 50 sq m solarium area, partly tile-paved and partly lawn, is furnished with sunbeds, an umbrella, and tables. Evening lighting and a cold-water shower complete the pool area. The swimming pool is available from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
