The non-heated swimming pool is situated approximately 10 meters from the house, on a slightly lower level accessible via 4 steps. L-shaped in design, it covers a total area of approximately 57 square meters, with the rectangular and square sections varying in depth from 1.10 to 1.40 meters. The pool is finished in anthracite-colored PVC with a stone-effect anti-slip surface and features salt-based water purification. Access to the water is provided via a Roman staircase, and an outdoor solar shower with both hot and cold water is available poolside. The surrounding solarium spans approximately 80 square meters, paved in Turkish travertine and furnished with sun loungers, a gazebo, a sofa, and a small table. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
