Casale la Splendida is privately owned and managed with great care. The owners reside discreetly in a separate annex located approximately 50 m from the main house and are available as a helpful point of reference for guests, while full privacy is guaranteed throughout your stay. The property welcomes pets on request, with acceptance subject to prior authorization from the owner upon communication of the number of animals, their size, and breed. A mandatory extra cleaning fee applies for stays involving animals. The swimming pool is available from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The estate of approximately 3 hectares includes wooded areas and olive groves that produce an excellent extra virgin olive oil. The property is served by electricity, water, gas for kitchen use and heating, all included in the rental rate. Weekly linen, initial cleaning, and final cleaning are also included. The stay is covered by the Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning no security deposit is required either on balance or upon arrival, and guests benefit from EuropAssistance coverage in case of accidental damage to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500.00 euros and subject to the limitations provided by the policy. A tourism tax may apply where applicable.
