Spanning approximately 360 sqm across 2 floors and divided into 4 independent housing units, Villa Iole is ideally suited for couples, families, and groups of friends who wish to enjoy both privacy and conviviality in an exclusive setting. When the property is rented as a whole, no other guests will be present on site. The estate extends across approximately 20,000 sqm, partially fenced, and features a generous yard with large areas of natural lawn, a small wood, and an olive grove. A gravel driveway lined with cypress trees leads gracefully to the villa and its dedicated parking area. Wireless internet connectivity is available throughout the property, ensuring guests remain connected during their stay.
Outdoors
The outdoor spaces of Villa Iole are as impressive as the interior, offering a variety of settings for relaxation and al fresco dining. The non-heated swimming pool is situated at the far end of the garden, easily reached by walking across the lawn. Rectangular in shape, it measures 14 x 7 metres with a depth of 1.50 metres, and is lined in natural stone with Roman steps for access and internal lighting. The pool features both chlorine and salt purification systems and is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The surrounding solarium area is paved in natural grey stone and equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, while 2 gazebos with lounge seating and a table are set on the lawn nearby. A cold-water outdoor shower completes the pool area. Please note that photographs of the property were taken in spring; flower blossoming and the colours of the garden grass may therefore differ at the time of your arrival.

Villa Iole accommodates up to a maximum of 14 guests across 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, distributed over 2 floors and organized into 4 self-contained housing units, each with its own private access. Unit 1, located on the ground floor, comprises a living room with kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, and 1 bathroom with shower, which is suitable for guests with disabilities. The manicured lawn provides a serene setting for relaxation, while the covered outdoor dining area, located just a few steps from the main building, is equipped with stone tables, benches and a barbecue, offering the perfect environment for long, leisurely meals and convivial evenings under the Tuscan sky. The rectangular swimming pool, which is non-heated, is positioned to the right of the entrance gate, approximately 10 metres from the house. It measures 12 by 6 metres, with a depth ranging from 0.90 to 2.06 metres, and features internal lighting as well as illumination from 2 lampposts surrounding the pool area. A dedicated sunbathing area is furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas, and a gazebo and a cold-water shower are also available for your comfort. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday in October.
