Just a five minutes drive away there is the famous Castello di Banfi where guests can visit the cellars and the hamlet while enjoying the great red wine, have lunch or dinner in one of their excellent restaurants.
The views from the house are outstanding taking in the Val d’Orcia and Crete Senesi, considered by many as the most beautiful areas of Tuscany. The owner a renowned Italian Architect and Interior Designer restored the villa in total respect to the Tuscan tradition and furnished it with an impressive combination of furniture personally designed and some antiques ones. The property comprises the main Tuscan stone-built farmhouse and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom in the guesthouse. Other bedrooms with en-suite bathroom can be rented at extra cost sleeping up to 18 people. Lavacchio has been restored and furnished to high standard all the first floor bedrooms have air-conditioning and two other portable units are available on request.

Access to the water is via Roman steps, and a hot-water shower is conveniently positioned beside the pool. The sunbathing area, also paved in white Pierrà stone, is furnished with 6 sunbeds and 1 beach umbrella, providing ample space to enjoy the sun throughout the day. The pool is available to guests from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
