The attic comprises a double bedroom with a bathroom with shower, as well as a further double bed situated in a room with a ceiling height of 1.30 metres, which also has its own bathroom with shower. In 4 of the larger rooms, it is possible to add a single bed. The annex, positioned just a few metres from the main villa and close to the pool area, consists of a suite with a seating room, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower.
