Usciano is an ancient village of medieval origin, located a few kilometres from the city of Arezzo. The stone farmhouse and its two small houses date back to 1851, when the small village was inhabited by woodcutters, farmers and chestnut growers, the atmosphere alone will immediately take you back to those times.

Traditional materials such as wood, terracotta and stone were used in the renovation carried out to maintain the building's rural and peasant origins.
