Several dedicated relaxation areas are thoughtfully arranged throughout the grounds, inviting you to enjoy peaceful moments surrounded by nature.
The panoramic non-heated swimming pool is located on the same level as the villa, approximately 30 metres away, and is accessible via a path across the lawn or two flights of steps. Rectangular in shape and measuring 17 x 8 metres with a depth of 1.50 metres, it is lined in PVC and equipped with a chlorine purification system and five submerged steps for easy access. The surrounding solarium, finished in travertine and lawn, is furnished with sunbeds, tables, sofas, armchairs, a gazebo, and umbrellas, creating an inviting space for relaxation. Both internal and external lighting allow for nighttime use of the pool area. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Please be aware that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the flowering of plants and the colour of the garden grass may differ at the time of your arrival.
Unit Layout
Villa Ginevra accommodates up to 12 guests across 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, distributed between the main villa and the annex. The main villa is arranged over 2 floors. On the ground floor, an entrance hall with a staircase leads to the upper levels, and the space includes a living room, a bar room accessible only from the outside, and a second living room. A double bedroom, also accessible only from the outside, features a sitting area and an ensuite bathroom with shower. A guest bathroom and a laundry room, both accessible from the outside, complete the ground floor.
The first floor of the main villa is divided into 2 non-communicating wings. The first wing, accessed via an external staircase, comprises a living room, a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower, and a double bedroom with an adjacent bathroom with shower. The vacation rental villa with private pool, Villa Alex, is located just 1500 meters from the sea and beaches of Versilia, in Marina di Pietrasanta, and about 3Km from Pietrasanta. A pretty town with dozens of restaurants, bars and ice cream parlors, well known for its art galleries and cultural life.
During the summer you will find stores open at night everywhere in Versilia. The house is also very close to Lido di Camaiore (about 1.5 km), with its long and pleasant “promenade” connected to the Viareggio promenade for a long and safe walk or bike ride, not forgetting restaurants and stores. Forte dei Marmi with its incredible luxury stores is only 5 km away.
The Villa is also a great starting point for visiting all of Tuscany.
Florence is about 1 hour's drive away as are the 5terre. Lucca, with its ancient walls and medieval charm, is only a 20-minute drive from the house and in summer is particularly animated by its Lucca Summer Festival or in November by Lucca Comics. Pisa and its famous leaning tower are also very close.
Villa Alex has a private garden on 4 sides, with access through an automatic gate and offers about 4 parking spaces.
