The house, which is located on the same estate as Le Rondini (also in our program), is surrounded by a very large and well maintained flat garden, where an unusually big pool for such a small house is situated. The pool has a salted water filter system avoiding the use of chlorine. The garden is fenced all around, making it very safe for children, and there is also a children’s play area.
After arriving at La Capinera you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property with views of the hills ideal for a peaceful holiday in Tuscany. Regardless of how you spend your days - sightseeing, shopping, visiting museums or just driving in the countryside, when you arrive home you can relax with your family and friends at the pool for a perfect ending to another day in Tuscany. For your pleasure, on the grounds there is a barbecue grill and patio. Casa Lionardo has two bedrooms and a very large living room. The house is used in autumn and winter for cultural gatherings dedicated to Leonardo da Vinci.

The swimming pool complex is a remarkable feature of the property, set between the olive grove and the lawn approximately 20 m from the house. The complex is formed by 3 interconnected pools that create a captivating play of water. The main infinity pool, finished in coloured cement, measures 4.50 x 12 m, with a depth ranging from 90 cm at the entrance steps to 140 cm beside the cascade.
