The second apartment, also accessed from the ground floor, features a living room, a large fully equipped kitchen with a dining table that can accommodate up to 10 people, 1 bathroom with shower, and a laundry room. On the first floor of this apartment, there are 2 double bedrooms and a second bathroom with shower. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, which is included in the rental price, along with a dishwasher, washing machine, and satellite TV. Heating is available and metered separately. The owner resides approximately 500 meters from the villa, ensuring that guests enjoy full privacy and exclusive use of the entire estate, including the pool, while remaining readily available to assist with any requests. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 9:30. The minimum stay is 1 week, and during high season bookings run from Saturday to Saturday. The property can sleep up to eight guests comfortably in three bedrooms with three bathrooms. Conveniently located 3 km (2 mi) from Castiglione D'orcia, Italy in the tourist area "Orcia Valley" and only 24 km (15 mi) from Montalcino.
The Ground Floor can't be rented and it is closed, as the owners live there occasionally.
They may use the pool too, when they are at the villa.
