When the property is rented as a whole, no other guests will be present on site. The estate extends across approximately 20,000 sqm, partially fenced, and features a generous yard with large areas of natural lawn, a small wood, and an olive grove. The non-heated swimming pool is situated at the far end of the garden, easily reached by walking across the lawn. Rectangular in shape, it measures 14 x 7 metres with a depth of 1.50 metres, and is lined in natural stone with Roman steps for access and internal lighting. The pool features both chlorine and salt purification systems and is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The surrounding solarium area is paved in natural grey stone and equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, while 2 gazebos with lounge seating and a table are set on the lawn nearby. A cold-water outdoor shower completes the pool area. Its travertine border and sand-coloured PVC lining lend it an elegant aesthetic, while the surrounding solarium area in travertine is furnished with comfortable sunbeds shaded by 2 umbrellas. A solar-powered hot-water shower completes the pool area. Please note that the pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
