The farmhouse is divided into two adjoining apartments that together accommodate a maximum capacity of 7 guests across 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Apartment A sleeps 4 guests and is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor you will find a living room and dining room with fireplace, television, and a kitchenette equipped with an oven. The first floor houses a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. Apartment B accommodates 3 guests and is similarly distributed across two levels. The ground floor contains a living room with kitchenette including an oven, a single bedroom, and a small bathroom. On the first floor there is a double bedroom. Check-in is available between 3 pm and 7 pm, and check-out is required by 10 am. The rental price includes water, gas, final cleaning, and linen for both bedrooms and bathrooms, with linen changes provided on a weekly basis. Upon arrival you will be required to provide a security deposit which will be returned at the end of your stay minus the cost of any damages incurred. A tourist tax may be required upon arrival according to the regulations of the local municipality. The fenced garden provides secure outdoor space throughout the property.
