All rooms overlook the park. The basement includes a second kitchen, a spacious open-plan area for activities such as wine tasting and cooking classes, a cellar stocked with fine Tuscan wines including Montalcino, Montepulciano, and Chianti, a living area with sofas, and a billiard table. The basement also houses the spa, featuring a jacuzzi bath, relaxation lounges, a sauna, a Turkish bath, an emotional shower, and changing and massage rooms. The dependence offers a ground-floor kitchen, a living area with a double sofa bed, and a first-floor double bedroom with a private bathroom and walk-in wardrobe.

A refundable security deposit of 1500 euros is payable in cash upon arrival and returned at departure, less any damages or unpaid fees. A tourist tax of 2.50 euros per person per night applies. The estate extends across approximately 20,000 sqm, partially fenced, and features a generous yard with large areas of natural lawn, a small wood, and an olive grove. The outdoor spaces of Villa Iole are as impressive as the interior, offering a variety of settings for relaxation and al fresco dining. The non-heated swimming pool is situated at the far end of the garden, easily reached by walking across the lawn. Rectangular in shape, it measures 14 x 7 metres with a depth of 1.50 metres, and is lined in natural stone with Roman steps for access and internal lighting. The pool features both chlorine and salt purification systems and is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The surrounding solarium area is paved in natural grey stone and equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, while 2 gazebos with lounge seating and a table are set on the lawn nearby.
