The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road suitable for any kind of car.

Upon arrival, you will be required to provide a security deposit of 500.00 which will be returned at the end of your stay minus the cost of any damages incurred. The rental price includes consumption of water, gas, electricity, final cleaning, and linen for rooms and bathrooms with weekly linen changes provided. The swimming pool is open and available for use from 01/05 through 31/10. Wi-fi internet access is available on the ground floor of Casa Magnolia.
