The surrounding terracotta-paved solarium area is equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs, tables, umbrellas, a gazebo, and a changing room accessible down 2 steps. An outdoor hot and cold-water shower completes the pool area. Please note that the pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday of October. At the end of the corridor, a spacious living room with arches is divided into a dining area and a lounge area with a fireplace, with direct access to the garden and the large terrace. A brick-built staircase at the centre of the corridor leads to the upper floor, where a living room with access to the loggia of the external staircase is complemented by 5 en-suite bedrooms. 4 of these are double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom with shower, one of which features a divisible bed.
