A pedestrian gate with four steps leads to the house, adding to the property's traditional rural charm. Please be aware that the photographs of the garden were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the grass may differ from what you find upon your arrival.
The non-heated swimming pool is situated on a lower terrace approximately 20 metres from the house, reachable via a grassy path or a flight of 18 steps. This edge pool commands stunning views over the Tuscan countryside and features a rectangular shape measuring 9 x 4 metres, with a depth ranging from 1.1 metres to 2 metres. Access is provided via Roman steps, and the pool uses a chlorine purification system. The surrounding pool terrace is equipped with sunbeds and an umbrella, while a cold-water shower and night lighting complete the facilities. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
