At the back of the garden, directly in front of the main French window, a large furnished patio provides a generous sitting and dining area where you can savour typical Tuscan delicacies in the open air. From this patio, a short flight of steps leads to a wooden gazebo furnished with a table and chairs, positioned in the pool area and paved in terracotta, offering a charming spot for alfresco meals with views of the surrounding countryside. The non-heated rectangular swimming pool, measuring 4 x 8 metres with a depth ranging from 1.20 metres to 1.80 metres, is lined in light-coloured PVC and features a terracotta border and Roman steps for easy access. Purification is by chlorine. Framed along its perimeter by olive trees and situated on terracing approximately 15 metres from the house, the pool is reached via a paved path or a short flight of steps. It is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. The sunbathing area surrounding the pool is equipped with sunbeds and a solar shower, creating a complete and relaxing outdoor retreat. 2 uncovered parking spaces are available at the entrance to the property, conveniently close to the house.
