The cottage, built in 1991, has a double bed upstairs and a fold-out bed for 1-2 (both 160 cm wide). Upstairs there is also an alternative bed for children a fold-out bed with a 15 cm mattress (bed length 188 cm). Downstairs there is a fold-out futon sofa bed for 1-2 (140 cm wide). The heart of the well-equipped living room and kitchen is a soapstone fireplace. A modern design air-to-air heat pump makes the house efficiently warm in the summer and cool in the summer. There is also a bathroom-toilet and an electric sauna downstairs.
The traditional wood-heated lakeside sauna is located right on the lake shore. You can swim directly from the pier into the lake. In front of the sauna is a shallow and hard natural sand beach, which deepens after the pier and turns into soft mud. The shallow Olangonjärvi lake is ideal for paddling. A two-person canoe and a one-person kayak are available.
