The pool level, referred to as the 1st floor, features an open plan fully equipped kitchen that flows into a spacious living room and an indoor dining area, complemented by a laundry storage area, a staff room, and a WC. The lower ground level accommodates 2 double bedrooms with queen size beds, both with en suite bathrooms, as well as a playroom and a living room equipped with a LED smart TV and a PlayStation 3. The 3 guesthouses each offer their own distinctive character: Guesthouse Melina includes a sea view master bedroom suite with a king size bed, an en suite bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchenette; Guesthouse Pavlos features a sea view master bedroom suite with a queen size bed, an en suite bathroom, a small fridge, a kettle, and an espresso coffee machine; Guesthouse Honeypaul offers a double bedroom with a queen size bed, an en suite bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchenette. The rates are applicable for up to 12 persons and include daily maid service, concierge service, and linen and towel changes twice a week. A security deposit of 800 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned upon departure, subject to any deductions in the event of damages. The minimum stay at the property is 1 week.
