Both the Main House and the Studio are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning in all bedrooms, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout the warmer months. The Main House is additionally served by central heating, making it a welcoming retreat during cooler periods, and ceiling fans are installed in the Master bedroom and Bedroom 2. Each unit is furnished with a satellite flat-screen TV, and the Main House further includes a docking station, a Hi-Fi system, and a DVD and CD player, while the Studio is equipped with a docking station as well. The fully equipped kitchen of the Main House and the kitchenette of the Studio cater to all self-catering needs. Both units are stocked with natural bath amenities, linen, towels, and a safety deposit box, and each includes a hairdryer. The Main House is also equipped with a washing machine and an iron with ironing board, as well as Jacuzzi towels. Daily maid service is included in the rates. A refundable security deposit of 1.000 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned at the end of the stay, less any charges in the event of damage to the property.
