Villa Livas is part of a private complex where all 7 villas can be rented together for special occasions such as weddings, family reunions, or large group gatherings, or individually, each benefiting from its own separate entrance and private amenities. Please note that one villa within the complex does not include a private pool, though Villa Livas is not among the exceptions.
The rental price includes a range of valuable services designed to enhance your stay. A daily buffet breakfast is served in the restaurant of the residence, and daily housekeeping is provided to ensure the villa remains in pristine condition throughout your visit. A refundable security deposit of 500 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned at the end of the stay, less any charges in case of damage to the property. All travelers are required to pay an overnight tax of 10 euros per person per night upon check-out. The minimum stay at the villa is 3 nights. Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 10:00.
