Upon arrival, a refundable cash deposit of 500 Euros is required as a security guarantee and will be returned at the time of departure following an inspection for any potential damage. The rental price includes taxes, cleaning upon arrival, electricity, bed linens, and towels. A final cleaning fee is payable on site at the end of the stay.
