Rooms 1 and 3 are identical, each featuring 2 single beds configurable as a double bed, an en suite bathroom with a bathtub, and a shared WC. Rooms 2 and 4 are identical, each offering bunk beds, an en suite bathroom with a shower, and a shared WC. The 4 bedrooms on the first floor each feature a double bed of 180cm, an en suite bathroom with both shower and bathtub, a fireplace, a private terrace, and garden views. The rates include the services of the chef and cook, concierge service, domestic staff and gardener, electricity, water and gas, grocery shopping and delivery service, house cleaning upon departure, daily housekeeping, Internet WiFi, luxury linens and towels, and the preparation of 3 meals daily. Services not included in the rates are airport transfer, childcare and babysitting, the cost of food including groceries and drinks, hammam treatments, in-house massage service, laundry service, pool heating, pre-pool heating, and tips for the staff. The property includes a safe for the security of guests' valuables. The staff communicates in French. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 12:00. A security deposit of 3,000 EUR is required and must be paid in the form of a credit card pre-authorisation, with the amount not debited from your card. Children are welcome at the villa and must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the pool or hammam. Please note that there is no safety fence around the pool. The house must be returned in the same condition as at check-in, as additional fees may otherwise be charged.
