A refundable cash deposit of 250 euros is collected upon arrival and returned at the time of departure, subject to any deductions in the event of damages. The rental price includes 1 set of bed linens and bath towels per stay, as well as electricity. A final cleaning fee of 120 euros per stay is payable upon arrival, along with a city tax of 4 euros per day per person for guests aged 18 years and above. A cot is available upon request at an additional cost per stay. Guests arriving after 21:00 should be aware that a late check-in fee applies. Non-compliance with the house rules may result in penalties applied according to specific cases.
