The rental rates are inclusive of gas, water, electricity, final cleaning, a weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, a midweek change of bath towels, a midweek cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms lasting 3 hours, a welcome basket with breakfast items, and a baby cot. City tax is not included and is charged in accordance with local regulations at 1.50 euros per person per night, excluding children up to 12 years of age, for a maximum of 10 nights. An emergency contact number will be provided at check-in to ensure assistance is always available.
