The property is in San Concordio di Moriano, a small village in the countryside, 7km from Lucca city center.

The garden surrounding the property is delimited by a 2m high wall, which surrounds three sides of the villa. The very large house is divided into two parts: one is occupied by the owners, and the other, with a private garden, is occupied by Casa Luigi.
The garden, spanning over 1,000 square meters, features a private swimming pool (8 x 4 meters, 1.4 meters deep, with a waterfall and salt water purification), a tennis table, a gazebo, relaxation areas, and a barbecue.

Please be aware that there is no lift available on the premises. Heating is available exclusively during the period from 1 November to 15 April. The owner does not accept bookings from youth groups.
