Villa Melina operates under a set of guidelines designed to ensure a comfortable and respectful environment for all guests. Check-in is available from 15:00, and check-out must be completed by 11:00. A minimum stay of 7 nights is required. A refundable security deposit of Euro 2,300.00 is payable upon arrival and will be returned at departure, less any applicable charges in the event of damages. Pets are not permitted on the property, and smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Parties and events are not allowed. The villa spans 3 levels, with the ground level featuring a spacious and bright living room with stunning pool and sea views, comfortable sofas, a fireplace, and a large LED TV. Adjacent to the living area is a beautifully crafted wooden dining table with an eye-catching pendant light. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and decorated with a mix of earthy-toned wood and modern cement finishes.
