When combined with unit 2, the property can accommodate up to 5 guests. The estate is ideally positioned just a few meters from grocery shops, cafes, and restaurants in the village center, while still offering serene lake views and a peaceful atmosphere. Guests benefit from a private parking area located approximately 15 steps below the garden level, complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the property, and access to a beautifully maintained yard with sweeping views over the lake. Mariuccia 3 is well equipped for a comfortable and self-sufficient stay, with in-unit amenities including a refrigerator, telephone, television, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, and microwave. It is important to note that all bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the upper floor, and as a result, the property is not suitable for guests with walking difficulties. From the parking level, approximately 15 steps lead up to the garden. A minimum stay of 5 nights is required. Check-in is available from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and check-out is at 9:00 am. Upon request and with the prior approval of the owner, a late arrival between 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm may be arranged for an additional fee.
