Bed linen charges include towels and kitchen linen. A cot and high chair are available upon request from the office and are provided against a deposit. Regarding the cancellation policy, cancellations made up to 60 days prior to arrival are free of charge, though a handling fee of CHF 100.00 will be retained in all cases of cancellation. Should a cancellation occur less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date, the tenant has the right to propose a replacement tenant, who must be deemed reasonable and solvent by the landlord. The substitute tenant will enter into the contract under the existing conditions, and both the original tenant and the substitute tenant shall be jointly and severally liable for the rent. The date of receipt of the cancellation notification by the landlord or the booking office is considered decisive in determining entitlement to the cancellation fee; for notifications received on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, the following working day applies. In the event of a premature termination of the rental period, the entire rental fee shall remain owed in full.
