110 km to the north from Helsinki in Harviala, Janakkala, this modern 105 m² lakeside villa was built in 2023 by lake Sääjärvi. There is a campfire site and a pier by the lake. The bottom of the lake is soft near the shore, and you can access it for swimming from the pier.

There is a large landscape window which gives a wonderful view of the fishy Lake Sääjärvi. The well-equipped living room and kitchen are open to the ceiling. In addition there are 2 spacious bedrooms on the ground floor. One with double bed (160 cm) and other with bunk bed (2 x 80 cm). Upstairs a large low loft with 2 beds (80 cm). In addition an utility room.

Lakeside sauna, walls made of laminated timber, area 17 m2. In addition, the building has a roofed terrace where you can sit and enjoy the beach view. The sauna has a large wood-burning stove, the tunnel nest of which goes through the wall into the room. This way, firewood can be added from the room side and enjoy the atmosphere of the fireplace inside the room.
The sauna building has no heating, so in winter and when it is cold there is no water in the sauna building and the shower is not in use (December-March). The beach sauna is located next to the main building where you can take a shower.

There is a charcoal grill, which has a smoker and a BBQ grill. A kayak and rowing boat are available for use.
