The property also includes the Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning you are not required to pay a security deposit either at the time of balance payment or upon arrival. This guarantee includes EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage caused to the property during your stay, up to a maximum of 1,500.00€ and subject to the restrictions provided.
