The swimming pool, measuring 16 x 7 metres with a depth ranging from 80 to 130 cm, is available seasonally from 1 May to 30 October and serves as the centerpiece of the outdoor leisure area. An outdoor shower is conveniently located nearby for use after a swim. Guests can enjoy a shaded patio of 10 square metres as well as a spacious pergola of 60 square metres, both of which are furnished with garden furniture and ideal for outdoor dining, relaxing, or entertaining. A barbecue is available for alfresco meals, and a table tennis table provides additional recreational options for guests of all ages.

Motor access to the property is available via an unmade road of approximately 1 km, and the use of a car is strongly recommended for the duration of the stay. The owner does not accept bookings from youth groups.
