A convenient wooden gate leads directly from the garden onto the white sandy beach in front of the villa, making access effortless and immediate. The large covered portico, characterised by careful attention to detail, faces the sea and features a relaxation area complete with a dining table and a seating corner, making it an ideal space for alfresco meals and leisurely evenings. Accessed via an external stone staircase, a splendid panoramic terrace and solarium crowns the property, where a whirlpool tub with non-heated water offers a unique vantage point from which to admire the distant island of Tavolara, known poetically as "La Montagna nel Mare" (The Mountain in the Sea), and to enjoy the spectacular sunsets over the Sardinian coast. The interior layout is accessed either through the main entrance from the veranda or via the large French windows on the sea side, along a garden path that leads directly into the villa. Upon entering, guests are welcomed into a spacious and luminous living area enveloped in a beautiful interplay of natural light, where the sitting and dining zones are elegantly divided yet remain visually connected. The large open-plan living and dining area flows naturally into a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, which benefits from direct access to the covered portico. The sleeping area, located on the same floor, comprises 2 bedrooms. The first is a double bedroom enjoying a beautiful sea view and featuring an en-suite bathroom with shower. The second is a twin bedroom served by a second bathroom with shower, located just outside the room. In total, the villa offers 2 bathrooms, both fitted with shower facilities. The veranda, which serves as the primary access point to the property, also houses a washing machine and a sink, and provides the convenient parking space for guests arriving by car.

Villa Amar has a strict no-pets policy, and animals of any kind are not permitted on the property. The villa is a single-floor structure, making it easily accessible and practical for all guests. The property is covered by the Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning that no security deposit is required either upon balance payment or upon arrival. This guarantee includes EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during your stay, up to a maximum of 1,500 euros and subject to the limitations provided by the policy. Weekly linen is provided, along with an initial and final cleaning service included in the rental rate. Utilities including electricity, water, and gas for kitchen use are also included. The tourism tax is charged separately and amounts to 5 euros per person per night for the first 7 nights of the stay. Children under 16 years of age are exempt from this tax.
