It is located within a building that houses two flats, one on the first floor and one on the ground floor, namely Apartment Carla. The entrance to both holiday apartments is the same, but they have private areas in the garden - not fenced off from each other.
The area is perfect for a summer holiday, immersed in the green pine forest of Ronchi - it enjoys much cooler days and evenings than other areas. In addition, the village centre is only 600 metres away, where you will find a grocery store, post office, pharmacy, bar, butcher's shop, pizzeria and much more.

The property lies in Gualdo, a charming village upon the hills of Lucca dating back to the 1400’s. Within the town, visitors will find a quiet atmosphere.
