A ramp of 17 stairs leads to the first floor, where you will find a spacious dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, an in-house laundry with both a washing machine and a dryer, and a small bathroom with shower. A further ramp of 15 stairs connects to the second floor, which serves as the sleeping area and contains 3 bedrooms: 2 matrimonial bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom, and a third bedroom furnished with a French bed. A bathroom with shower is also accessible from the corridor on this floor. All bedrooms and the lounge area are equipped with satellite TV and Sky service, and all bathrooms include a hair dryer. The property is air-conditioned, and outdoor heating is provided in the event of cooler temperatures during the low season.
