Description
Magnificent, well-equipped, year-round cabin with a lot of space indoors and outdoors. The cabin's stylish wooden furniture is mainly made by a local carpenter. There is an electric sauna in the main building. In addition, a separate lakeside sauna with a wood-burning sauna stove and a separately rented smoke sauna (separate price / heating).
55 km to the west from Tampere, lake Eräjärvi 30 m. The beach is shallow, the beginning of the beach is sanded to a depth of about 1 m (Lake Eräjärvi is naturally muddy), there is a pier and a rowing boat on the shore. The beach is very suitable for children.
Log villa 111 m² (built 2022), three bedrooms. Bedroom 1: double bed (motor bed 180x200 cm), bedroom 2: two beds, bedroom 3: spreadable bed, the size of which when assembled is 80x200 cm and when spread out is 160x200 cm. In addition, in the summer there are two beds in the log sleeping shed. The lakeside sauna is available from the 1st of May to the 30th of August.
The cabin has a spacious living room with heat reserving fireplace and air heat pump. A spacious, well-equipped kitchen with a dining group for eight people. Separate WC, sauna, washroom (2 showers), washing machine and drying cabinet. The spacious terrace is equipped with terrace furniture and a permanent barbecue area, with a charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal).
The lakeside sauna has a wood-burning sauna stove, shower, fireplace in the living area (the stove's wood filling hatch serves as a fireplace). Next to the sauna, on the beach, there is a campfire and a smoke sauna, which can be rented for a separate fee. The smoke sauna must be reserved directly from the owner and paid to the owner as well. In the summer of 2023, compensation for one-time heating is €300 (heating takes about 6 hours and availability can also be confirmed by the owner).
It is also possible to rent a 6-8 person hot tub cart for a separate fee. Prices: Fri-Sun 160€, week 260€. Note: Midsummer fest, Christmas and New Year have different prices, agreed with the cottage owner and paid directly to the owner. Palanteen Haavelinna

13 km to the south of Mänttä-Vilppula Art town, lake Kuorevesi 350 m (width approx. 2 km, length approx. 12 km), hard, gently sloping sanded beach, own rowing boat. The beach is located in the middle of the forest in its own peace, surrounded by beautiful nature.
Cottage was expanded and converted into a modern villa in 2017. Downstairs kitchen, living room, bedroom with two beds, separate toilet, washroom, electric sauna. Upstairs bedroom with double bed, bedroom with 2 beds, lounge and separate toilet.

A spacious and well-equipped log villa in a magnificent location by Lake Näsijärvi. The villa is located on a beautiful rocky plot with a scenic view of the lake.
Located 62 km north of Tampere, 30 m from Lake Näsijärvi, rapidly deepening sandy beach, own rowing boat (rent includes a 2.5 hp outboard motor), a pier, and a spacious terrace by the lake.
The log villa, built in 2006, features a spacious living room, dining area, and combined living room/kitchen. There are three bedrooms, each with two beds. Additionally, the living room includes a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) that can accommodate two more guests.
The villa also includes a separate WC, sauna (electric sauna stove), washroom with two showers, and combined dressing/utility room with access to a terrace. At the other end of the villa, a separate glazed terrace leads to a larger outdoor terrace.
The villa is ideal for remote work and is equipped with a fiber-optic connection, Wi-Fi modem, and a large 42" TV.
The only neighbor is 30 m away, the owner's other cabin, 17313 Näsinneito. Together, these two neighboring cabins can accommodate groups of up to 15 people.

Log cabin 1989, kitchen/living room, 3 bedrooms with 2 beds in each, 1 bedroom with 2 beds + 2 extra beds, washroom, electric sauna, open veranda. Separate lakeside sauna (wood heated sauna stove) with a hearth room with fridge, washing room, dressing room, shower, WC. Lakeside sauna is located about 110 m distance from the cabin and it can be used year-round.
Cabin is located on the rocky hill and there is a slope from the cabin to the shore. It's recommended to use road from the cabin to the shore (distance 150 m, also accessible by car during summer).
