Approximately 10 metres from the main villa, an attractive annex houses a large portico equipped with a fully functional outdoor kitchen, complete with a barbecue and a traditional wood oven, making it an ideal setting for memorable alfresco dining experiences. The park also features a fully equipped children's play area, providing entertainment for younger guests.
The non-heated swimming pool is a true centrepiece of the outdoor space, measuring an impressive 12 by 7 metres with a depth ranging from 1.10 to 2.60 metres. Lined in PVC and fitted with a chlorine purification system, the pool benefits from both internal and external lighting and is accessed via elegant Roman steps. The surrounding solarium area is generously furnished with sunbeds, tables, chairs, and umbrellas, creating a perfect setting for long, sun-drenched afternoons. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday of October.
