Until a few years ago the house was the heart of a large farm, then a recent and careful renovation, which the owners carried out with love and care to keep the old features of the villa unaltered, transformed it into a cosy holiday home.
Still next to the house you will find the wine cellar where the owner produces excellent wine (Vino DOC Cortona), which you can taste for free during your holiday.
All around the house you will have at your disposal a large green area equipped with gazebo, table and chairs for your outdoor dinners in company, barbecue, games for children and shaded parking spaces. The panoramic non-heated pool is positioned approximately 20 metres from the main building and can be reached by a short walk through the garden. Oval in shape, it measures 12 by 6 metres with a varying depth ranging from 1.4 to 1.7 metres. The pool is equipped with a salt purification system and internal lighting, and it is accessible via Roman-style stairs. The surrounding solarium area is finished partly in traditional cotto paving and partly in grass, and it is furnished with sun loungers, a pergola, and a solar-powered outdoor shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April through the first Saturday of October.
