A separate library with a fireplace and satellite TV offers a refined space for relaxation, while a studio equipped with a phone, fax machine, and printer is also available, along with a mobile phone provided for guest use.
The night section on the ground floor comprises 1 double bedroom with beds that can be converted into 2 single beds, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, a laundry room with a washing machine, and a second bathroom with shower. The upper floor features 1 double bedroom with beds that can be converted into 2 singles upon request, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower. House rules are in place and penalties may be applied in the event of non-compliance. A children's play area with slide and swing is situated next to the pool, and the property is secured by an alarm system.
The large and sunny swimming pool occupies the most beautiful corner of the garden, offering a magical view over the borgo of Montepulciano, surrounded by the foliage of olive trees and rows of vines, and bounded on the outer edge by a laurel hedge. The non-heated rectangular pool, lined in PVC, measures 6 x 12 metres with a depth varying from 1.10 m to 1.50 m.
