The non-heated swimming pool, open all year round, measures 25 by 5 metres with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 2 metres, and is entirely lined in tiles with edges in local white travertine. It features an infinity side, salt purification, internal lights, and 2 metal access ladders. The 200-square-metre solarium area surrounding the pool is generously equipped with sunbeds, deck chairs, tables, and gazebos. Adjacent to the pool is a bathroom with 2 showers and a charming decorative fountain with large steps. A well-kept synthetic-grass tennis court is also available within the grounds, along with games for children. Solar panels have been discreetly installed within the estate. A further flight of 21 steps leads to the second floor, where a small landing gives access to a double bedroom with walk-in closets, a bathroom with shower, and a charming small TV room with Smart TV, embellished with antique books. The rental price includes utilities such as water, gas for kitchen use and hot water, electricity, and heating, as well as weekly linen changes and initial and final cleaning. For stays of a minimum of 7 nights, 6 hours of mid-stay cleaning are also included. The property operates a Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival; instead, EuropAssistance coverage is provided in the event of accidental damage to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500 euros and subject to the limitations provided.
