The rectangular swimming pool, which is non-heated, is positioned to the right of the entrance gate, approximately 10 metres from the house. The upper terrace is home to the south-facing swimming pool, a non-heated rectangular pool measuring 5 x 8 metres with a varying depth of 1.10 to 1.50 metres. Lined in sand-coloured PVC and equipped with salt purification, internal and external lighting, and Roman steps for water access, the pool is surrounded by a fenced sunbathing area paved in stone and furnished with shaded sunbeds. A large gazebo adjacent to the pool area has been elegantly appointed with a seating area and a poolside dining area, making it an ideal spot to enjoy the magical sunsets that have become one of the villa's most celebrated features. A cold-water shower is also available in this area. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Approximately 40 metres from the house and accessible via a flight of steps, the pool area offers an open panoramic viewpoint over the surrounding countryside. The lower areas of the garden feature lawn sections, a rich variety of plants, aromatic herb bushes, and olive trees that frame the open landscapes visible from every side of the property.
