Arable land surrounds the property, and in summer the landscape is tinged with warm shades of yellow and ochre. Gravel paths and stone steps facilitate movement throughout the grounds, and the property adheres to environmentally responsible practices with door-to-door separate waste collection. A pergola adjacent to the main villa serves as a sheltered outdoor dining and entertaining area, equipped with a barbecue and a dining table, and accessible directly from the open-plan living area on the ground floor.
