This property consists of "Villa Ulivi" and the annex "Casina" and are rented as one property. If your group is eight or less and you don't need the annex "La Casina" it will not be rented during your stay so the property remains private for your group only.

A further flight of 21 steps leads to the second floor, where a small landing gives access to a double bedroom with walk-in closets, a bathroom with shower, and a charming small TV room with Smart TV, embellished with antique books.
