The veranda on the first floor, furnished with armchairs and small tables, is connected to the ground floor by an external staircase and provides an additional intimate outdoor retreat. The non-heated rectangular swimming pool measures 6 x 12 metres, with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.60 metres, and is fitted with a metal ladder, PVC lining, and chlorine purification. Adjacent to the gazebo is a small annex containing a bathroom with shower and a changing room. The pool is bordered by large vineyards and is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October. The garden and pool are reserved for the exclusive use of guests.
