The second floor hosts 2 double bedrooms, each equipped with a sofa and a safe, along with access to a private terrace. One of these rooms also includes a television and sea views. On the lower floor, a twin bedroom with air conditioning is accompanied by a gym. On the opposite side of this level, a self-contained dependance includes a lounge area, a kitchenette, air conditioning, and a double bedroom with direct garden access. Completing the property is an annexe comprising a small office, a double bedroom, and a bathroom, which serves as an ideal space for a couple or as staff accommodation. All bed and household linens are included in the rental rate, with a change of linen provided every 4 days. Daily housekeeping is provided for 6 hours per day from Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Electricity, water, and gas are included, as are garden maintenance and pool maintenance.
