The outdoor spaces of Villa Contessa Chiara are nothing short of extraordinary, offering a seamless extension of the villa's refined interior into the natural beauty of the Monferrato countryside. Once through the automatic gate, a paved driveway descends approximately 60 metres through the first planted lawns of the park, leading to a spacious open area designated for parking. A stone walkway guides you to the main entrance of the villa, set before a generous lawn framed by trees and flowers that create a truly enchanting welcome. The park extends in all directions around the villa, opening onto expansive green areas shaded by lush trees that provide welcome relief during warm summer days. The south-facing section of the park slopes gently downward toward the centrepiece of the outdoor area: the large, non-heated swimming pool. Tiled and measuring 22 x 10 metres with a depth of 3.5 metres, this impressive pool is designed for proper swimming rather than simply bathing, setting it apart from traditional residential pools. A dedicated shallow section ensures safe bathing for children and less experienced swimmers. The pool is available from the last Saturday of May to the first Saturday of October. Surrounding the pool, a spacious tiled solarium is furnished with comfortable sunbeds, deck chairs, and shaded umbrellas, creating the perfect setting for relaxation between swims. The regulation-size synthetic grass tennis court is positioned parallel to the pool, approximately 25 metres away and adjacent to the Club House changing rooms. A guest bathroom completes this sleeping wing, which also benefits from an independent entrance directly from the park at the end of the corridor. On either side of the living room, 2 symmetrical staircases wind up to the first floor, where a large sitting room with a usable fireplace and a study area await. Beyond the study, a twin bedroom with 2 queen-size beds, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi is found. Returning through the study and sitting room, a corridor lined with built-in wardrobes leads to the remaining first-floor sleeping area, which includes a single bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi, a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower, and finally a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with joinable beds sharing a bathroom with shower. At the end of this corridor, an enchanting internal balcony overlooks the large living room below, from which one of the 2 symmetrical staircases descends back to the ground floor. Adjacent to the stairs on the ground floor, a laundry room and a guest bathroom are conveniently located, alongside stairs leading down to a large basement housing a billiard table.

The Club House, with its fully-equipped kitchen, patio, changing rooms, sauna, showers, and toilets, is available to guests throughout the day during the pool season. Heating for the villa is available as an additional service, as is wood for the fireplaces. Extra cleaning and additional linen changes can also be arranged upon request. The rental rate includes utilities such as electricity, water, gas for kitchen use and hot water, as well as weekly linen service and initial and final cleaning.
