Please note that an annex situated within the property grounds, accessible via a separate entrance and without any shared spaces, is occasionally inhabited by the owners during the summer months.

The garden of Il Borgo spans approximately 4,000 square metres and is a serene composition of manicured lawn, elegant cypress trees, and fragrant lavender and rosemary bushes, all set within a broader estate of roughly 2 hectares covered predominantly by olive trees. Between the house and the swimming pool, a large gazebo furnished with tables and chairs provides an ideal setting for outdoor dining while taking in the panoramic views at sunset. The non-heated swimming pool is fenced and positioned in a particularly scenic location, approximately 20 metres from the house, reached by steps leading down from the property. The pool measures 7.50 x 15 metres, with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.70 metres. Its border is finished in terracotta and the lining is in PVC, with Roman steps leading gracefully into the water. The pool area is well equipped with a gazebo, deckchairs, sun loungers, chairs, and umbrellas, creating a comfortable and inviting outdoor retreat. The pool is available to guests from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Both the kitchen and the living room offer direct access to the garden, further blurring the boundary between interior comfort and outdoor living. Please be aware that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the flowering plants and the colour of the garden grass may appear different upon your arrival.
